Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at marketing@giovellhealthcare.com with your order number.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests only in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product lost in transit

To be eligible, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video and images as proof.

We offer 3 days of return policy from the date of delivered

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed & credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during promotions/sale
